Reason for Announcement:  Full time vacancy

            Responsibilities: Administration of Utility Billing,

 Assisting with Elections, Attendance at some committee meetings and at all Village Board Meetings, Tax Collection, License Permits

Must use Accounting functions in accordance with State Statutes & Municipal Ordinances

Qualifications: Individual must be proficient in Computer Apps, 

Office & Excel

           Individual will be fully trained in the duties of Clerk/Treasurer

                Salary: Dependent on Qualifications

Dickeyville Police Department

Reason for Announcement: Fill Full-Time Vacancy

Responsibilities: Manage Police Department for Village of Dickeyville, Pop. 1056

Salary: Dependent upon qualifications

Qualifications: US Citizen; Valid Driver’s License;

 Excellent Driving Record; Excellent Physical Condition;

 Eligible for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Certification;

 Associate Degree-Minimum, Bachelor’s Degree-Preferred;

 Able to possess a firearm; No domestic abuse or felony conviction;

 Vision correctable to 20/20; Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills; Previous Experience Preferred;

 Must react quickly and effectively in stressful situations;

 Able to work night, weekends & holidays;

 Must possess knowledge & skills in operating Computer systems; Clear and concise speech; Ability to multi-task;

Supervisory and or Management Experience;

Must be able to use all standard law enforcement equipment;

Bilingual helpful.

Job Description

Brickl Memorial Library Hours:

Mondays - 1:00 – 6:30 p.m.

Tuesdays - 1:00 – 6:30 p.m.

        Wednesdays - 3:00 – 6:30   p.m.

       Thursdays - 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Saturdays - 9 a.m. – Noon

The regular board meetings of the Village of Dickeyville are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM


The meetings are held in Meeting Room A,

Dickeyville Community Center,
