Hello Dickeyville Resident

We take great pride in providing trash and recycle services to the residents of Dickeyville.  Along with the Village, we are very excited to be upgrading your service to include a cart for your trash.  The pick-up will remain on the same day and it will remain a weekly pick-up for trash.  We hope that you enjoy the easy to use carts.  We have provided information below on the service.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us.

Pick-up day and time

Your pick up day for trash and recycle is Wednesday.  The trash is weekly and the recycle is every other week.  Please have your trash and recycle out for pick up by 7am.  Please know that your pick up time may vary slightly due to weather conditions, traffic and route delays.

Placement

Be sure to leave 3 ft. between your carts and any other object such as mailboxes, vehicles, etc.

Holiday Schedule

If a Holiday is observed on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, your pick up day will be delayed one day.  If the Holiday is observed on Thursday or Friday, there will be no change to your pick up day.  Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

ü  If your cart breaks, contact Allied Waste, they will deliver a new cart to you and remove your broken cart at no charge

ü  If you move, the carts will need to stay with the home; carts are property of Allied Waste.

We truly hope that you enjoy your new carts, they will save you the expense of purchasing your own and they are easier to use.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
