American Legion
Boy Scouts/Cub Scouts
Council of Catholic Women (CCW/Christian Mothers)
The Christian Mothers organization sponsors the Parish Breakfast and the Holy Ghost Garage Sale.
Dickeyville-Kieler Lion's Club
The Lion's Club was founded in 1976.
Holy Ghost Booster Club

Knights of Colombus
National Catholic Society of Foresters
The National Catholic Society of Foresters was started in 1948. It is a fraternal insurance organization open to all. There are two courts in the Dickeyville chapter. Holy Ghost Court (#228) has raised over $75,000 since 1987 and St. John's Court (#876) has generated $3,500 for the community.

VFW
The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) has 30 members in 2017.
